TigerGraph 101 - An Introduction to Graph

Details

The zoom link will be available 24 hours before the event.

Graphs can be used to analyze all sorts of relationships across all kinds of systems — even beyond process and the confines of individual operational models. Most common business questions require an understanding of the relationships between actors or objects. Graph databases were created out of this need to understand relationships in data. Graphs feature the only data model where relationships between pieces of data are pre-connected.

According to Gartner’s Afraz Jaffri who presented at the 2022 Graph + AI Summit, “By 2025, context-driven analytics and AI models will replace 60% of existing models built on traditional data.” This is just one of many indications that graph technology will continue to grow more central to everyday business operations.

Tune in with Jon Herke, Head of Developer Relations @ TigerGraph, where he’ll teach and provide

  • An introduction to graphs and TigerGraph.
  • Comparison to relational databases and when to use graphs with real-world use cases.
  • Walkthrough of creating your first graph through Graph Studio.

Make sure to sign-up for TigerGraph Cloud at https://www.tgcloud.io before attending the workshop.

Note: Due to Zoom limitations, only the first 500 participants will be able to join.
