Querying graph data by example from genomics - Part 4

Für die ODSC in London habe ich die Daten from http://ctdbase.org/ in einen Graphen importiert und ein 4-Stündiges-Workshop vorbereitet.

Den Workshop teile ich nun in 4 Teile:

• Graphtheoretische Grundlagen und Einführung in Cypher.

• Suchen nach Pfaden und Beziehungen im Graph.

• Graphenalgorithmen mit den Bibliotheken APOC und ALGO.

• Datenimport und Refactoring des Graphenmodells

Jeder der gerne in Daten wühlt, um die Wahrheit ans Licht zu bringen, ist herzlich eingeladen mitzumachen. In allen Meetups werden wir an der gleichen Datenbasis arbeiten, sie können aber unabhängig von einander besucht werden. Für Anfänger eignen sich besonders die beiden ersten Treffen.

For a workshop at ODSC in London, I have imported the data from http://ctdbase.org/ into a graph database and created a couple of slides with different exercises in graph querying.

I'll split the 4-hours-workshop into 4 parts:

• graph theory basics and cypher introduction,

• querying for paths and relationships in graph data,

• graph algorithms with APOC and ALGO libraries,

• data import and graph model refactoring.

At all of the 4 meetups, we will work with the same database. The topics of the meetups can be treated independently from each other. First two meetups are especially suitable for newbies.
