Discuss graph technologies

Ben Keeler will be talking about Cytoscape.js.

In bioinformatics, Cytoscape is a well-established open source tool for visualizing and analyzing graphs in molecular biology, but, its younger sibling, cytoscape.js now brings some of these capabilities to the browser. In this meet-up, Ben Keller will introduce just enough about molecular interaction networks and biological pathways, and then walk us through using cytoscape.js to perform automated layouts and visualization of networks with annotation.
