Speakers:
🎤 Gireesh Ramji, Founding Collaborator @ Flectere (www.flectere.net)
Talk Title: Thinking in graphs to harness human expertise - Conversational Exploration of Flectere’s Expert Network of Adaptive Transfer Learners
Talk Summary: In this talk, I will demonstrate how Flectere’s expert network can harness the power of RAGs, LLMs and Graph DBs to provide timely, yet accurate responses to customer research requests. The streamlit app, built by a Flectere Launch & Repair squad, indexes a small dataset with information about Flectere network expertise into Neo4J. goes on to facilitate conversational exploration of this dataset to simulate the response to a customer research prompt. We use Hamilton and Burr to manifest the conversational workflow. We also take the newly open sourced GraphRAG library for a spin and validate how it may work with our existing toolkit.
Speaker Bio: Gireesh is a Decision Science, Technology, Data, AI, and Financial Risk Management specialist. He combines a decade of experience in credit trading with a decade of experience building high performance customer centric data teams. He is a generalist at heart who truly believes in the transformative power of technology to enable (but not replace) smart decision making capabilities in organisations, communities, families and individuals. His approach blends together risk management, tech innovation and scientific processes to deliver maximum return on investment.
He currently runs Flectere, an expert network of adaptive transfer learners who come together to help you take better decisions on product, technology, people, AI, and data, driving sustainable customer-led growth.
