Authentic Relating Games: Deep Listening
Details
Join us for an evening of connection, curiosity, and presence as we explore the art of Deep Listening through Authentic Relating Games.
In our fast-paced world, we often listen to respond — not to understand. This practice invites us to slow down and truly hear one another beyond words, discovering the richness that emerges when we bring full attention to another person’s experience.
Through a series of guided interactive games and reflections, you’ll:
✨ Practice listening with empathy and curiosity
✨ Learn to attune to both what’s spoken and what’s felt
✨ Strengthen your capacity for authentic, heart-centered connection
No experience is needed — just bring an open mind and willingness to connect. Whether you’re new to Authentic Relating or returning to deepen your practice, this session offers a welcoming space to cultivate meaningful human connection and self-awareness.
Who would benefit from this practice: partners, family members, those who want help connecting with others (friendships), professionals who have trouble working with team members, and team leaders who are trying to make an impact.
