What’s included at the resort?

• Food and beverage, including alcohol. The resort is set up with several themed restaurants (Mexican, Italian, sport bar, steak house, Japanese, etc..) in addition to buffets and there are several bars throughout the property.
• Lodging - several room upgrade options exist in addition to the basic options listed in this document
• Gratuities at the resort
• A complete, daily program of sports activities and entertainment on the beach and at the pools

What does it cost?
You’re responsible for booking all your own travel and making payment directly to the vendors. You’re also responsible for any cost in the event of cancellation. Booking is easy:

• The total cost is about $1,365, including airfare, depending on the type of room you reserve: (as of 6/15/2026)
• White Sand Hotel - Deluxe Garden View - $1,041 for single occupancy if you join the Palladium Rewards program (free cancellation until 9/10/2026)
• Flight - non-stop $324 + bag fees
• 9/14 Departure: United (Dulles to CUN) 8:26am - 11:05am
• 9/19 Return: United (CUN to Dulles) 11:14am - 3:32pm
• Alternate Flight - non-stop $578 (organizer is on this flight)
• 9/14 Departure: Southwest (BWI to CUN) 11:35am - 2:10pm (3h 35m, nonstop)
• 9/19 Return: Southwest (CUN to BWI) 1:10pm - 5:35pm (3h 25m, nonstop)
