Meet near the arch by Green Lake Community Center!

Let's get our bodies moving with interval training and a short calisthenic workout. It's fun and motivating to do in a group!

Why: Movement is fun and cross-training keeps the body and mind happy!

What:
- 5 min mobility warmup*
- 5 min slow jog warmup*

- Running: intervals OR run/jog/walk for 30-ish minutes at your own pace.

- Mobility (optional): with interest, we can do some more intense mobility work for hips and large lower-body muscle groups. This can be a post- run decision based on how people feel.

- Calisthenics (~20-30 min): think push-ups (or handstands), pull-ups, squats, toes-to-bar, dips, etc.

Don't let these bodyweight moves deter you, there are variations for all levels!

*if you need more warm-up, arrive early to ensure your body gets what it needs to feel comfy moving!
