Run and Calisthenics Workout
Details
What: Run or Walk (~30 min), Mobility (~10 min), Calisthenics workout for all levels (~20 min).
Where: Green Lake Park - meet at the arch near the community center. If I'm not there EXACTLY at 6pm, wait a few minutes for me at least ;)
Agenda:
- 5 min: Discuss workout goals
- 5 min: warmup
- 30 min: Interval Run Training, or Walk, or Jog
- 10 min: mobility exercises (or stretching what you need)
- 20 min: Calisthenics (think push-ups, pull-ups, squats, leg raises, etc). There are variations for all levels!
