Solopreneurs Circle: Tools, Strategies, & The Inside Game
Details
Building something of your own can be deeply meaningful and at times, a little lonely.
This gathering is a space for solopreneurs of all kinds: creatives, consultants, practitioners, and small business owners can come together for real conversation, mutual support, and a sense of shared experience.
We'll keep things simple:
- Brief introductions
- A round of sharing (one challenge and/or one win from the past couple weeks)
- Guided conversation around the event theme (see below on Tools, Strategies, and the Inside Game)
- Reflections
This event's theme: Tools, Strategies, and Your Inside Game
To guide discussion, you might think about:
Tools & Strategy
- What’s one tool, system, or approach that’s actually helped your business?
- What's one tool you wish you had (or a challenge you're facing that a tool might help you overcome)?
The Inside Game
- How do you manage stress, motivation, or feeling stuck?
- What helps you move forward when you’re unsure where to focus?
Hangups on Getting Started
- What was/is your biggest challenge you faced when getting started and what helped you move through it?
There’s no pressure to prepare, these prompts are just to spark reflection if it feels helpful. The conversation can flow wherever it naturally goes.
No pitching, no pressure just thoughtful conversation and connection.
Bring yourself as you are. Snacks and drinks welcome.

What to expect
To help create a space that feels thoughtful, supportive, and worthwhile for everyone, we follow a few simple principles:
- Be respectful and generous with each other’s perspectives.
- Listen with curiosity. Many of us work in different fields, and that diversity is part of the value.
- Share honestly if you feel comfortable, real conversations are more helpful than polished networking.
- Avoid pitching or hard selling. This is a space for connection and conversation first.
- Give everyone space to speak so all voices can be heard.
- What’s shared in the group should be treated with discretion and respect.
The goal is to have a relaxed environment where we can talk openly, exchange ideas, and leave feeling a little less alone in the journey.
Location
We will meet at the Sierra Center for Spiritual Living but please park in the rear of the Grass Valley Veteran's Memorial Building at 255 S. Auburn Street and the take the footpath to the Center.
