Get ready for an unforgettable day of connection, movement, and renewal in nature.
Our annual day retreat—traditionally held on the breathtaking shores of Block Island—is evolving for 2026 as we explore new, beautiful destinations for our next soulful adventure. Wherever we land, you can expect the same magic: meaningful connection, scenic landscapes, and space to reconnect with yourself.
