Before we pour kindness into others, we must learn to hold ourselves with compassion. This week, we turn inward and gently honour who we are - flaws, strengths, and all.
This session will cover:
- Meditation on self-healing
- Practical exercise on identifying and appreciating your own gifts
- Exercises on practising kindness towards yourself
