In the fast pace of our lives, we often forget the quiet power of a grateful heart and the life-changing impact of a simple act of kindness.

Before we pour kindness into others, we must learn to hold ourselves with compassion. This week, we turn inward and gently honour who we are - flaws, strengths, and all.

This session will cover:

  • Meditation on self-healing
  • Practical exercise on identifying and appreciating your own gifts
  • Exercises on practising kindness towards yourself
