I recommend this tour. The last time I went no reservations were needed. You get in line to pay. I don't know if I can make it this year. If I do, I will be wearing my bright yellow hat.

Westminster Hall's Tombstones and Catacombs (Annual Halloween Tour)

Start your evening by visiting the old 1852 church erected over gravestones and burial vaults of Baltimore natives and war veterans. Listen to the story of Edgar Allan Poe; visit his monument and gravesite. Be sure to go underground to explore the catacombs, and come back up for theatrical readings, live music, refreshments and more.
