An entrepreneurs-only gathering for 20 founders and business owners to exchange practical experience, discuss challenges we face in business, and learn from people who have been through similar situations.
The conversation will be built around one question: what mindset shift actually helped you reach your next level?
Who’s joining
Entrepreneurs from Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Belgium, and beyond, working across real estate, logistics, law, tech, startups, agencies, and other industries.
What to expect

1. Elevator pitches (60 seconds each) — who you are, what you do, and who you'd like to meet, plus one surprise question.
2. Real talk — 7-minute stories about the mindset shift that unlocked real growth. Things like "I'm scared to sell," "I'm not worth that price," "I can't manage people, so I won't hire," or "I'm an immigrant so they won't take me seriously." The beliefs that quietly cap great people, with nothing to do with their business model.
3. Unmoderated conversation — free time to reflect on the stories, swap experience, and connect one-on-one.

The event runs in English. If your English isn't perfect, even better — this is a good place to get out of your shell.
