This represents the second ("Un Perm' au Casino Herman Goering") of four chapters, plus about 100 pages of chapter 3. ("In the Zone")

(This section of the book begins "This morning’s streets are already clattering...", and ends "...against their buoyed inner space.")

For this second portion of the book, budget about 9 hours of reading time.
