Welcome to our fifth Curious Leaders Jam Session!

We at Future Skills Farming are all about Culture and New Leadership. Our aim is to inspire you, experienced, starting and future leaders to cultivating a human work (and thus life) culture.

What do be expected:

• we will work bilingual - English and German
• learning hands-on about New Leadership aspects
• trying out a new approach to experience learning - with all senses, fun and meaningful exchanges
• the surprising fact that there will be the moment when together we make a point knowing that sometimes learning works better if you do stop listening to good advice and start listening to good music

Bei Future Skills Farming dreht sich alles um Kultur und New Leadership! Unser Ziel ist es, euch, erfahrene, am Anfang stehende und zukünftige Führungskräfte, zu inspirieren, eine menschliche Arbeits- und damit Lebenskultur zu kultivieren.

Was euch erwartet:

• Wir werden zweisprachig arbeiten - Englisch und Deutsch
• Hands-On Learning von New Leadership Aspekten
• Ausprobieren neuer Ansätze aus dem Bereich des Erfahrungslernens - mit allen Sinnen, Freude und sinnvollem Austausch
• die Erfahrung, dass wir an eine bestimmten Punkt gemeinsam feststellen, dass Lernen manchmal besser funktioniert, wenn man aufhört, auf gute Ratschläge zu hören und anfängt, gute Musik zu hören
