This meetup is all about the intersection of UX and Requirements Engineering: What do good requirements actually look like? And how can different roles - UX, PM, Dev, QA - contribute to getting them right?
We'll kick things off with a series of short talks from different perspectives, covering practical insights, real-world pain points, and role-specific expectations when working with requirements.
Talking about UX specifications that bridge the gap from insight to implementation, and how to write requirements that are both user-centered and dev-ready. Maybe we can even cover how developers could interpret specs (and what usually goes wrong), or what testers really need to write test cases that reflect the intended experience. And finally, talking about "Just enough, just in time?" - balancing clarity with agility.
After the talks, we invite all speakers to a panel-style discussion to reflect on overlaps, misalignments, and better collaboration.
And finally, for those joining us onsite: it's time again for a UX Therapy Session - UX vs. Product Management vs. Project Management vs. [whatever-roles-come-to-mind] - you decide if you need to laugh or cry about the challenges we face in collaboration at work.
