HOW to PREP and WHAT TO BRING:
· Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing like yoga wear.
· Notebook/Journal: We suggest you bring something to write in like a journal or notebook.
· Water: It's important to stay hydrated so please bring a water bottle with a lid or cap to refill.
· If you have a blanket or pillow that you like.
· It is recommended that you do not eat 2-3 hours prior to ceremony, however, if you are hungry, just make sure it is something light. It helps for faster absorption of the cacao.
· Try not to drink much caffeine the day of ceremony. Limit the coffee intake to the early morning. Keith's Cacao has less caffeine than a decaf cup of coffee.
· Parking should be fine on a weekend morning, but add in time for yourself so that you can arrive on time and be in a relaxed state.
