Taco Bar, The Smokemont Group Meal- Volunteers Needed!

Uno, dos, tres... TACO BAR!
Let's have a Taco Bar at the Smokemont Group Campout on June 13th. The group meal is at the Smokemont Group Campground, site number 3.
Above is the link for the volunteer signup sheet to bring additional Mexican themed side dishes, desserts, and drinks. GSHAG will provide the necessary ingredients to make tacos such as taco shells, protein, and veggies.
The group meal is truly a group effort, and I would appreciate volunteers to help with different aspects of organizing the meal. Please indicate in your RSVP which job you would like to volunteer for the group meal.
1. I volunteer to help cook ground beef for the tacos.
2. I volunteer to help set up the tables and organize the food.
3. I volunteer to help cut vegetables including lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.
4. I volunteer to help cut up fruits such as limes, watermelon, etc.
5. I volunteer to help clean up after the meal, including breaking down tables, taking out the trash, etc.
Lastly, here are a few other things we will need to help make the cookout a success. Please indicate in your RSVP if you can bring the following.
A. I can bring a folding table (write name on bottom of table, please)
B. I can bring a cooler of ice for drinks
C. I can bring a cooler of ice for food
D. I can bring a Sterno Chaffing Pan
E. I can bring an extra cutting board
F. I can bring extra knives to cut fruits and veggies
G. I can bring additional serving plates or bowls for the fruits and veggies
