Our first "Salon" discussion! Topic is Movie Musicals!

Welcome to the GBFCC Virtual Salon!
Beginning this month, we’ll be hosting a salon for informal film-centered discussions! We’ll generally have a discussion topic to start things off, but then will encourage socializing and discussing anything you want to about films you’ve seen, books you’ve read about films, gossip of the stars, questions you have, or any other film-related topics for general discussion. It’s not formal. Just enjoy the cafe atmosphere as we share our passion for movies!
The topic of our first salon is "movie musicals," considering we have focused our regular virtual meetups in Jan and Feb on two different classic musicals. But this time, you don't have to watch any movie. Just come prepared with your thoughts on the following questions:

1. What is the best movie musical ever made, and why?
2. If you could live the life of any character in a classic movie musical (even for a short period), who would you choose?
