For the affirmative:
Josh Dunn, PhD is a professor and Executive Director of the Institute of American Civics at University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
For the negative:
Timothy Messer-Kruse, PhD is Professor in the School of Cultural and Critical Studies at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
