Monday Group Run @ Sloan’s Lake!

Weekly group run at Sloan’s Lake, we meet at the parking lot at the intersection of 17th and Perry at 6:00PM. We do two laps at an easy effort which totals about 5 miles and the pace is generally in the 9:00-10:30 range. Groups are welcome to go faster or slower and can choose to do one lap if they prefer! Afterwards we go to Odell Brewing for drinks and food! This group is open to all people and all paces! We do our best to make sure no one runs alone.
