Some leaders follow a traditional path. Others build their own.
Kelsey Olson spent nearly twenty years as a registered nurse before stepping into entrepreneurship and reimagining what a community gathering place could be. What started as a single wine bar in Lake Stevens has grown into three Rustic Cork locations across Snohomish County, each one rooted in connection, comfort, and the joy of good company.
Join the Greater Everett Chamber’s Professional Women’s Network for a fireside chat with Kelsey, where we’ll talk about:
• How a nurse’s mindset shaped her leadership style
• The leap from idea to opening Rustic Cork
• Growing from one location to three
• Creating spaces where people feel welcome and seen
• Leading with purpose while juggling family, business, and community impact
This won’t be a lecture. It’s a real conversation about the decisions, risks, and moments that shaped the Rustic Cork story - and the leadership lessons Kelsey learned along the way. We'll leave room for your questions too.
Light appetizers provided. No-host bar.
