Hello Fellow Art Explorers,
This is a group for anyone interested in Art in its many forms. It could be going to a museum, art gallery, art festival, historical home, nature walk, or any other form art may take you. We can explore the art scene around the greater Fort Lauderdale area, and from Miami to West Palm beach.
Based on past meetup experiences, I found that the best ideas come from the members themselves. So, if you have a place you always wanted to go or want to see it again, let me know and we can plan an event.

Come join the Art Lovers Group as we explore the NSU Art Museum on Saturday February 1st at 11:00 am. This will be a joint event with the Fort Lauderdale LGBTQ Social Group. One of our members Wayne is a docent at the museum and has generously volunteered to give our group a tour of the exhibits. Check out what is on exhibit at the NSU website. NSU Museum of Art 1 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. Admission is $16 and free for those who are Bank of America Card Holders.
Afterwards we will get a bite to eat at Rice Mediterranean Kitchen Restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard. Check out the menu on their website. Rice Mediterranean Kitchen is located on SE 4th Avenue on the left side of 401 E Las Olas Blvd building half way down the block. On the same block there is also Coyo Taco, Playa Bowls, and Wiseguy Pizza. So we have plenty of choices.

Please join the Art Explores group on Saturday, September 13th at 11:00 am for the Glasstress, Side by Side: The Artist Couple Bernstein, The Mayers collection, and Parma portraits exhibits at the Boca Raton Museum of Art. Admission is $ 16.

Come join the Art Lovers Group as we explore the Coral Springs Art Museum on Saturday October 4th at 10:30 am. Free Admission. The Coral Springs Museum of Art will welcome “Style Masters: A Look at the Best of American Graffiti” on view from Friday, through October 4. In partnership with the Museum of Graffiti, the exhibition will explore the work of artists who have transformed walls and and public spaces into vibrant masterpieces.
The museum is located at 2855 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, FL 33065. inside the Coral Springs Center for the Arts (“The Center”). Plenty of Free parking.
