• What we'll do
Online, or in-person: learn yoga breathing techniques and simple wisdom. There is a fee for this course (see below).
The Art of Living Meditation and Breath Workshop spans a few hours daily, over three consecutive days (Friday evening, and Saturday and Sunday mornings; or Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday mornings). From reducing stress to getting better rest, these techniques have a demonstrated measurable impact on quality of life.
The heart of The Meditation and Breath Workshop is a series of yogic breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, which reduce your stress and raise your energy, bringing you back to a clear and positive state of mind.
Understanding the nature of the mind gives you a greater perspective on life that enables you to not get bothered by issues that used to create frustration, impatience, worry and more.
The scientifically indicated benefits of the practices you’ll learn include higher levels of optimism, greater levels of antioxidant enzymes, stronger immunity, improved emotional regulation and more.

We have online taster sessions on a Wednesday evening.

• What to bring
Ideally bring a water bottle, yoga mat, warm clothes or a blanket, notebook.
