Topic: How to avoid going from Overwhelm to Burnout.
Burnout is now a common term, yet what does it mean and what causes it? What’s the difference between overwhelm and burnout? If you find yourself with undiagnosable health symptoms, sleepless nights, stress, irrational behavior towards loved ones or partners, and/or feeling like you’re treading water in an endless ocean, tune into MMRT on Dec 5. Even if you don’t have any of these symptoms, you may know someone who is struggling. There may be mental “programming” you’re not aware of which is causing these issues. For example, a limiting belief like “I’m not worthy of a relationship or success”. There are ways to change your mental program, remove the weight from your shoulders and live a freer, more joyful life. Having personally experienced burnout, I will share what led me to that state, the mental and physical impacts, and how I became happy and healthy. My purpose is to help others change their program and have the tools to get through every day, so that no one suffers from overwhelm or burnout.
