Your speaker is Joe Comly, Founder of J. Byron Operating Partners, where he helps founder-led and growth-stage businesses apply AI to real operating challenges. He has more than 20 years leading strategy, operations, and business transformation, including executive leadership roles at IKEA and a term as President of a multi-location healthcare company. He brings an operator's perspective to AI adoption, focused on helping organizations move beyond isolated experiments and build practical, sustainable capabilities that improve performance and prepare them for the future.
