What is Positive Intelligence® (PQ)?
Positive Intelligence® is a synthesis of breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science. It measures the percentage of time your mind is serving you (Sage) versus sabotaging you (Saboteur).
Instead of viewing sensitivity as something to be fixed, PQ® builds mental muscles that empower you to quickly shift from worry, self-doubt and stress into resourceful, creative thinking that frees you to connect deeply with others.

Not at all! This is an introductory session. Whether you’re a PQ pro or brand new to the concept of mental fitness, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of how your mind works and a practical tool to help calm emotional flooding immediately.
2. I’m already overwhelmed—is this just "one more thing" to do?
We get it. PQ isn't about "working harder"—it’s about the science of shifting your brain state. We focus on 10-second techniques that save you energy by intercepting the stress and drama that drain you, ultimately creating more space and ease in your day.
