- Meditation: Tuning into yourself and your inner motivations by finding the meditation style that works for you
- Spirit Guides: Connect with a spiritual advisor who knows you better than you know yourself
- Energy Work: Learn different energy systems and ways to clear, balance, and strengthen the flow of spiritual energy
- Confidence: Test your intuition for a greater sense of trust in yourself and your choices
