According to https://www.toronto.ca/city-government/planning-development/construction-new-facilities/improvements-expansion-redevelopment/runnymede-park-improvements/ it says that the courts was resurfaced in the Fall of 2024.

Since the government and politicians never lie, I can confidently have an event here on the new courts there.
