Fun, Fitness, and Friendship - The Victoria Pathfinders Walking Club (a Volkssport club) has been offering a variety of walks throughout Greater Victoria since 1989. Most of our walks are 10 km in length, with 5 km options on our weekend walks. To enjoy our walks you should be comfortable walking five kilometers in an hour or 10 km in two hours. Our walks start promptly at 10:00 a.m. so we would appreciate you arriving by 9:45 a.m. for registration.
Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 10 to 12 people; on weekends typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people.
If you would like to explore parts of Greater Victoria you never knew existed with friendly people who will welcome you to the group, then our walks are for you. You will be required to pay a participation fee of $1 or $2 depending on the walk. We charge this small fee to offset our costs. Annual membership is $10. (Walkers who have paid the $10 annual membership fee can purchase discount cards – 20 walks for $10 – that can be used for any $1 walk.)

Join us for a 6 or 10 km walk from Goldstream Village
2765 Claude Rd, Victoria, BC, CAMeet at 2765 Claude Rd, Victoria, BC V9B 0H9. Registration opens at 9:30 am and closes at 9:55 am. The walk begins at 10:00 am.
Route C, 6km - this walk features Colwood Creek Park with wide open grassy areas and a footbridge that connects two large, level park areas.
Route G, 10 km - A nice walk around Langford Lake and the quiet streets of Langford. Both routes are rated 2B. Click here for an explanation of walk ratings.

Running Room, 777 Royal Oak Dr Unit 330, Victoria, BC, CAMeet in the plaza (near the Running Room) at Broadmead Shopping Center, 777 Royal Oak Drive, Victoria V8X 4V1. Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. and closes at 9:55 a.m. Please try to arrive by 9:50 a.m. The walk starts at 10:00 a.m. We have selected the Broadmead Trails routes - a scenic walk on chip trails around Rithet's Bog and on lovely, quiet streets and trails in the Broadmead area.
