Join us for a 6 or 10 km walk in Fairfield

Meet at Fairfield Plaza, 1578 Fairfield Road, Victoria V8S 1G1. Registration opens at 9:30 am and closes at 9:55 am. Please arrive by 9:50 at the latest. The walk begins at 10:00 am. Look for a group of walkers gathered near the Ross Bay Pub. We have chosen the Lighthouse routes. The 10 km route (rated 2C) heads through the Ross Bay Cemetery, east along the ocean, onto the beach at Gonzales Bay, through the Chinese Cemetery with its Trial Island Lighthouse lookout, and through neighborhoods in Fairfield and Oak Bay. The 6 km route (rated 2B) is similar but stays in Fairfield. For an explanation of walk ratings click here.

Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 10 to 12 people; on weekends, typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people.
