Join us for a 6, 8, or 10-km walk starting at McMinn Park

Join us for a 6, 8 or 10 km walk (rated 1A, 2B and 3C) The walk begins at the parking lot of McMinn Park opposite #4825 Maplegrove Street V8Y 3B9 in Cordova Bay. Street parking on Maplegrove St. is available if the parking lot is full. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. at the latest for registration. Walk starts at 10:00 am. The 10 km walk is quite hilly and steep in parts. Appropriate footwear and a hiking pole are recommended. There is an alternate 8 km route which avoids the steepest hills. There is also a 6 km route which follows the Lochside Trail to Mattick's Farm and back, avoiding all hills! (For an explanation of walk ratings click here.)

Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 6 to 12 people; on weekends typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people.

New walkers are always welcome.
