Explore Mt. Doug's lower trails with us on a 6 or 10-km walk

Please join us for a 6 or 10 km walk, starting at 10 a.m. from the main Mt. Doug parking lot, near Cordova Bay Rd. and Ash Road, Victoria V8N 4Y5. Registration is from 9:30 to 9:55. Walk fee is $2. These walks do not go to the top of Mount Doug, but explore trails and some quiet neighborhoods around the lower levels. The 5 km route is rated 2B. The 10 km route (rated 3C) spends more time on the trails with some hilly sections, so hiking poles and appropriate footwear are advised (For an explanation of walk ratings click here.)

Regular walkers do not necessarily indicate their attendance on Meetup, but our weekday walks typically attract 10 to 12 people; on weekends, typical attendance is between 15 and 40 people.

New walkers are always welcome.
