**Sahaja Yoga** is a form of meditation that aims to help people achieve a state of **"self-realization"** through the awakening of a spiritual energy called the **Kundalini**. It was founded by **Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi** in 1970.
In simple terms, Sahaja Yoga teaches that everyone has a subtle energy system within them, and by awakening this energy, people can feel inner peace, balance, and spiritual growth. The practice is free and involves silent meditation to connect with this inner energy.

Meet up will consist of two guided meditations, some words from a recording of the founder Shri Matatji and a Q and A session at the end.
