Navigation 35 Mile Chelmsford Ride
Details
With expected Fall temps probably in the high 50's to mid 60's, Let's END the 2025 riding season with a nice 35 mile route on mostly Well paved back roads through the towns of Chelmsford, Carlisle, Westford, Acton and Concord. This route is a continuous series of rolling hills with a few moderate climbs.
We'll try to stay together and do our best to wait for each other at the tops of hills and any large intersections. We won't really have any planned rest stops on this route. Plan to carry enough hydration for 2 hours of riding. The pace of the ride will be somewhere between 16/17 mph. We wont try to hold anyone back that wants to spin faster but we also can't expect the core group to wait for those that cannot keep up with the majority of the group*. Please have a way of self navigating in the event you separate from the group and are not familiar with the area. The route can be viewed and saved to a navigation device here.

We'll gather at the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail entrance (next to Brickhouse Pizza). There may also be a food truck at Navigation Brewery for those that wish to gather after the ride.
Helmets required, Blinky lights and Hi-Viz clothing strongly suggested...
*This IS considered A Drop Ride. riders are expected / required to have either GPS guidance or the route Cue sheet printed out to follow*
The Navigation Brewing Co as well as other local eateries are very close by for anyone wishing to gather after the ride for food or beverages
