Due to this morning’s rain, the cleanup at the Sierra Club’s adopted area along the Trinity River will be rescheduled to a future date. Please watch for a future announcements.
FW Sierra Club Members:
We need 10 volunteers on Saturday, April 18, 2026 to help with cleaning up the section of the Trinity Park adopted by the Sierra Club. Cleanup starts at 9:00 AM at **1501 N South Freeway**. Meet at the Parking lot (1/4 mile south of Harmon Field Park) with access to the Trinity Trail.
Event leaders will provide trash bags & a few pickers. Please bring old gardening gloves, wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants & shoes/boots that will get muddy & wet. If you have a litter grabber or a long-poled fishing net, please bring it with you to assist with picking up trash along or in the stream.
Don't forget to bring water and a snack in case you need it.
