If you're new to real estate investing, interested in wholesaling, or simply trying to figure out how to get started, the Greater Houston REIA Wholesaling & New Investor Focus Group is a great place to plug in.
This monthly meeting brings together new and experienced investors to learn, ask questions, talk through deals, build relationships, and better understand how real estate investing works in the real world.

Each month, conversations may include topics such as:

• Finding and analyzing deals
• Estimating repairs and determining property value
• Making offers and negotiating with sellers

• Working with Realtors, wholesalers, lenders, contractors, and other investors
• Avoiding common mistakes
• Understanding different real estate investing strategies
• Building your network and finding the right people to help you move forward

One of the best ways to learn real estate investing is by looking at actual opportunities and talking through real-world situations.
If you're stuck on a deal, trying to determine what something is worth, need a buyer, need funding, or simply aren't sure what your next move should be, bring it to the group.

New to Real Estate Investing?
You do NOT need to own property, have a deal under contract, or already know what you're doing.
Come learn the terminology, meet other Houston-area investors, ask questions, and start building the relationships and knowledge you'll need to move forward.

Experienced Investors & Wholesalers Are Welcome Too
This isn't only a beginner meeting.
