The Art of Living is a community dedicated to uplifting each other and our greater Philadelphia communities through spirituality and human values. Our goal is to bring greater peace and happiness to people from every background, across our communities.
Through our Meetups, campaigns, retreats and community events, the Art of Living Greater Philadelphia Chapter is helping residents:
• Gain personal clarity and peace through meditation and breathing
• Develop healthier lifestyles
• Build authentic, positive relationships
• Find meaning and purpose through service
Available to people of all backgrounds, religions, and walks of life, our community is grounded in the yogic teachings and practices of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of the Art of Living Foundation.
The mission of the Art of Living Foundation is to serve society by strengthening the individual. In partnership with the International Association for Human Values, our programs have brought greater peace, empowerment, and strength to hundreds of Philadelphians and millions of people around the world, including: youth in schools, university students, veterans, and prisoners.
