Join Andrea McGady for this Sunday morning group meditation - online from the comfort of your home. Meditation can be described as "an abiding in one's natural state, without mental complications." During these group meditations, we will be cultivating and sharing clarity and compassion---an unfolding awareness and mindfulness---which may be summed up with this simple expression: A knowing of things as they are. The morning meditation may include guided practice, meditation exercises, and/or silent meditation, followed by time for reflection. Participants are welcome to share in the reflective time following the meditation - or to observe silence.
Coming together as a community in meditation is a powerful way to promote inner peace and contribute to greater peace in the world.
