Exploring data lifecycle options in elasticsearch
In this session we will dive into the data lifecycle options elasticsearch offers, the index lifecycle management (ILM) and the brand new data stream lifecycle.
We will talk about their similarities and their differences along with the motivation behind them. Furthermore, we will put on our developer hats and we will talk about the design principles behind them and what we learned while working with them.
