It's a fact, May is here. Which means you get a glimpse of summer - right after what felt the longest winter ever. And yet another amazing GreeceJS event.
GreeceJS is proud to be hosting two amazing engineers and friends of the meetup - Thanos Polychronakis and Ioannis Katakis - to talk about the importance of Logging and GraphQL gateways.

About the speaker
Thanos has done it all throughout his career. He has been a software engineer, CTO, conference organizer (Devit), community leader (SKGTech), open-source contributor and lately, a gardener. He pioneered remote working in Greece, when remote working wasn't cool. He has nearly 50 NPM published packages and over 100 open source repositories.

Payments are complex and when coupled with billing on top of several payment providers things can get messy. A short talk on how micro-services and GraphQL can help simplify complexity by providing a very simple and extendable API to upstream services.
About the speaker
Giannis is a software engineer @Blueground. Started his career as a frontend engineer, focused on building pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Many many forms later, he was intrigued by the NodeJS ecosystem and decided to get his hands dirty with backend development too.
