Bay Area Ridge Trail to Little Tank – After Work Hike

This 3.2 mile hike ascends 438 feet up the west side of Mount Burdell in Novato. We’ll start at the Dwarf Oak Trailhead (part of the Bay Area Ridge Trail) on Novato Boulevard and head up to Little Tank to a peak summit of 548 feet. Along the way we’ll cross a trail bridge, pass through open grassy slopes, and meander through a shady oak forest before reaching our destination. This hike will take roughly 1 ½ hours.
