The course will include the modules below:

3 Planning Outings
4 Participant Evaluation
5 Conservation and Connections
6 Conducting an Outing
7 Ethical Leadership and Decision Making
8 Risk Management
The training does not cover “hard” skills like how to set up a tent or specifics on gear for a particular outdoor activity. The OLT will orient you to policies and procedures, best practices, our existing structure, and skills related to leading a group in an outdoor setting.
