KC Farm School/IRC Event - Climate & Biodiversity

Details
We're teaming up with the International Relations Council in promoting an exciting event with the KC Farm School on Gibbs Road, who will be hosting an inciteful panel discussion on Climate and Biodiversity. Dr. Amy Shields from the Environmental Protection Agency, Dr. Jorge Soberon of the KU Biodiversity Institute and Shari Wilson, founder of Project Central, moderated by KCUR's Celia Llopis-Jepsen, host of the Up From Dust podcast.
The program is scheduled to take place from 6:00 - 7:30 PM, but get there at 5PM and enjoy KC Farm School's weekly farmer's market, shop for local produce, and mix and mingle a bit before we get into the conversation.
This program is free for IRC members, non-members are asked (but not required) to make an optional donation. We're so delighted to be holding this program next week, and want as many environmentally conscious members of our community to be there as possible!
