Solving homelessness and fighting technocracy

Green Liberty Caucus hosts Egalitarians Unite: a Portland meet up to discuss solving homelessness and fighting technocracy, and build a real democracy. We strive to make a better society.

First, we will review an outline for an egalitarian solution to homelessness. Do egalitarians have the answer? Bring your ideas for solving homelessness, a very complex problem, for sure.

Second, we will discuss the claim that society is advancing toward a techno-totalitarian technocracy. Is this an exaggeration of perceived dangers of technology, especially AI, or a paranoid fear of the plutocracy behind technocracy?

To inform our discussion, we will discuss David Hughes’ book review of The Technocratic Dark State, by Ian Davis.
