Belvidere Mountain

There will be an opportunity to carpool from the South Burlington Starbucks parking lot (by Shaws at the intersection of 189 and Shelburne Road). We will start from the Eden's Crossing Long Trail Parking Lot and go up the Long Trail to the summit of Belvidere Mountain. Hopefully we will get a great view from the fire tower at the summit and be able to see the old asbestos mine. We will descend the way we came. Snowshoes and microspikes are required. Moderate to difficult Hike/snowshoe. Relaxed to moderate pace. ~6 miles. 2100′ elevation gain. Group limit 10. RSVP by 03/11. Please leave your doggo at home.
