Flowing with the River from the East with Jerrice J. Baptiste

Many wise voices from the East like Du Fu, Lao Tzu, and Ki no Tomonori use poetic words that flow like a river. They bring poignant observations, longing and appreciation of the rivers within and without. What is your own experience of the rivers?

This workshop will provide the insight of poetry written by masters from the East while showcasing your own creative writing talent. Guided meditation, reading poems from world-known poets, poetry writing with prompts, sharing of poems written, reflections, and discussion will be included.
