Your ideas and freedom to write will be nurtured in this flow-state practice.

Like playing Jazz or working with improv on stage, the goal is to open a doorway to the unknown and see what flies in. Typical results are life-opening and mind-expanding, like growing flowers or mushrooms, amazing things pop into being. Participants frequently say this practice is a cure for writers block.

We prepare to write with a 10-minute silent meditation, to clear our minds of clutter, shut down the judgmental sector of our thoughts, and dismiss all expectations for the next 40 minutes of free-flow writing. You may refer to the audio/video timers provided on screen for your convenience . You are encouraged to dismiss the judgmental voice and open yourself to channel Source and continuously record whatever thoughts come to mind without restraint. After 40 minutes of flow writing, you may optionally share what you have created.
