About Chris Lai:
Chris has been working in IT for over 30 years, rotating between application development, infrastructure operations and general management. He was the vice president of IT of a global retail brand before quitting his job and taking the time to think about what's next for the better. Local-first software, green computing, in-process databases and small language models are amongst his current interests.
